Alex Sakin

Alex Sakin is Of Counsel to the firm. He has extensive experience representing Wall Street traders, startups, technology companies, and hedge fund owners on employment and contractual matters.

On the litigation front, Mr Sakin represents individuals and companies in all types of employment disputes, including discrimination, whistleblowing, partnership disputes, and unpaid wage disputes. He litigates in federal and state court and has conducted several jury trials, mediations, and arbitrations in those jurisdictions. He also previously served the people of New Jersey as a Deputy Attorney General, and served as an Associate at the boutique commercial and employment litigation firm, Harris St. Laurent & Weschler LLP.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Sakin has appeared on behalf of dozens of employees, including salespeople, Wall Street executives, employees in the hospitality industry, insurance industry professionals, investors, manufacturers, international private equity firms, and startups, among other clients.
